AI-Assisted Content and Audio
Speakori may use artificial intelligence as part of the development, creation, review, formatting, or presentation of certain educational materials. Audio, speech synthesis, examples, explanations, hints, feedback, practice materials, or other instructional content may also be generated, supported, or enhanced using artificial intelligence or automated tools.
Regardless of how content is created or presented, Speakori content is provided only to support language learning. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, outdated information, bias, unclear wording, or imperfect explanations. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying any information, translation, interpretation, communication, or professional work before relying on it, submitting it, publishing it, or communicating it to others.
Educational Exercises, Examples, Recommendations, and Feedback
Speakori learning activities may ask users to analyze language in legal or professional contexts. These activities may include exercises involving terminology, register, meaning in context, facts and inferences, supported and unsupported conclusions, procedural language, communication choices, or professional tone.
These exercises are designed to teach language comprehension, professional Spanish communication, careful reading, and language judgment. They are not intended to determine legal rights, interpret laws, evaluate evidence, assess the merits of a case, or predict legal outcomes.
Speakori may recommend one response, translation, interpretation, phrasing, or communication choice over another based on educational objectives, linguistic considerations, contextual appropriateness, professional register, quality control, or instructional design. Such recommendations are intended to facilitate learning and should not be interpreted as establishing that one response is legally required, professionally mandated, universally correct, or suitable for any particular real-world use.
Feedback, scoring, suggested answers, explanations, and model responses are educational aids only. They do not confirm that a user’s translation, interpretation, analysis, response, or communication would be legally correct, linguistically complete, professionally acceptable, or appropriate in any real-world setting.
Legal Examples and Source Materials
Speakori may include excerpts from publicly available legal materials, government publications, court documents, statutes, regulations, forms, or other authentic sources for educational purposes. Speakori may also use fictional, simplified, adapted, or illustrative documents and scenarios.
Any legal scenarios, documents, names, facts, statutes, procedures, forms, examples, or source materials presented in Speakori may be fictionalized, simplified, adapted, excerpted, incomplete, reorganized, annotated, or presented outside of their original context. They are illustrative only and are not intended to be comprehensive.
Legal terms, procedures, and examples may vary by jurisdiction and context and may change over time. Speakori content should not be treated as complete, current, authoritative, or applicable law in any jurisdiction.

Users should not submit, paste, upload, message, or share confidential, privileged, sensitive, personally identifying, client-related, or third-party information unless they are authorized to do so and Speakori expressly permits such use under its applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Speakori does not review user-submitted materials for legal sufficiency, privilege, confidentiality, accuracy, completeness, or professional appropriateness.
